The Festa Foundation sponsored Festa Italiana Community Street Fair is one of the biggest annual events in San Mateo. For the past 20 years, people have come from all over the Bay Area to shop for art and handmade goods, sample Italian cuisine, listen to music, and take in the spectacular display at our annual chalk art gallery. See the 2010 list of booth vendors. There's something for everyone. Street Fair events offer Bay Area citizens and businesses an unbeatable opportunity to get involved in their community while raising much-needed funds for people with developmental disabilities.

Join us on Sunday, July 25, 2010 from 10 am to 5 pm on North B Street between Tilton and 2nd Avenues in downtown San Mateo. The Street Fair kicks off at 10 am with an exciting parade that travels down B Street to the main stage in front of the Peninsula Italian American Social Club.

Don't miss the Bocce Tournament Medals and the raffle prize annoucements at 2:00 pm on the main stage.

We ask you to not bring your dogs to the street fair. The street gets crowded and hot and we want to make sure both dogs and people are safe.
