Cross Border Xpress Tourist Attractions

Cross Border Xpress or CBX is a pedestrian bridge that allows people of Tijuana International Airport to travel between Mexico and the United States. The bridge lets the people cross between these two countries via the CBX airport terminal.

The bridge is 390 feet long, which connects the Tijuana International Airport and a service terminal in San Diego. Millions of people use CBX to cross the border as there are many advantages of crossing the border using CBX.

The first thing is the savings on airfare as people can have an entrance directly to Mexico. They choose CBX instead of taking the flight from Southern California airports.

Crossing the border directly saves the passengers a lot of time. It is also a safe option with which they cross the borders without leaving the Tijuana International Airport.

By crossing the borders in such a short time, they get entry to various cities like Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey, Querétaro, Puebla, and more.

Due to all these benefits, passengers prefer traveling to Mexico via CBX instead of taking the long and traditional route.

The North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre

Other than all these benefits, the location also offers the tourists the “North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre.” It is an open and amazing-looking theatre with 20,500-seats in California adjacent to Aquatica San Diego. This is one of the bigger concert places in San Diego that passengers often visit while crossing the borders.

Here are some of the upcoming shows at the theatre this summer/fall 2021:

Reaching North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre from Mexico

Upon arrival at CBX, one can reach the amphitheater within 15 minutes by taking a private cab or taxi. As the amphitheater is situated in the San Diego area, located in Chula Vista, California, you have to use the CBX bridge if you arrive from Mexico.

Except for the weekend, the box office remains open from 10 am to 2 pm unless there is a major holiday. On Show days, the office opens at 10 am. One can download the concert tickets seven days a week via LiveNation or Ticketmaster. You can also call a number on their site to book the tickets.

People come over from Mexico to San Diego using the CBX bridge via the airport terminal. Using the bridge, the passengers can cross the border in no time and easily. Once you have reached California, you just need to take a ride to reach the theatre. We advise that you book the tickets beforehand and get ready for heavenly entertainment under the sky along with the mountains and perfect weather.

Travelers coming to and from CBX can utilize the secured lots provided by CBX itself. The lots are well-developed and brightly lit to provide you ample space for parking. Many ride share companies and taxi services also serve at CBX if you want to get their car services.

If you have your own vehicle, you can use CBX or other companies to park your car until you return. At CBX, the parking charges are as follow:

Lots 1, 2 & 3 – $18 USD

Premium Lot – $20 USD

Reserved Parking – $25 USD

But if you’re one who values convenience, top-notch service delivery, and just want to sit back and enjoy your experience, go with a car service. A car service company can help you navigate the roads in the best way possible — especially if you’re unfamiliar with the territory. You’ll get the assistance and information you need to enjoy your time across the CBX.

Festa Foundation in CA, USA

Festa Italia Foundation, Inc. is a local non-profit organization that serves public benefit. The foundation organizes several events and functions to raise money by which they help people with disabilities. The organization sets up a number of happenings during the summer season in which the members participate and help the community toward growth.

We call it the “Festa Italiana di San Mateo.” In the past few years, the organization has organized several events and programs to lift the community of disabled people.

The Olympic Club Golf Tournament, for example, was organized on Monday, June 2, 2008. The Giro di Peninsula, Saturday, June 28, 2008, was another such contribution to help disabled people. San Mateo Street Fair, Sunday, July 20, 2008, was the biggest annual event in San Mateo.
